We’re back from REOMAC’s spring conference in Palm Desert, where we were one of 41 exhibitors and the response to our booth was overwhelming.

We’re excited that so many REO professionals liked the aerial banner we flew Sunday, as they played golf and hobnobbed over cocktails at the hotel swimming pool. (See picture below.) Even so, we were both surprised and heartened by how many well-known REO specialists signed up to advertise their properties at propertyfiresale.com. Stay posted. We’re expecting many of these properties to show up on the site in the next month or so.

We’re told that the highlights at REOMAC were educational sessions about foreclosure and loss mitigation and short sales (making them work in today’s environment.) We’ll post about these topics shortly.

Meanwhile, we also met asset managers from a host of groups; among them, Keystone Asset Management and National Management Group.

For those of you who want to meet us in person, we also plan to attend the Sixth Annual 5-Star Default Service Conference and Expo September 20-23rd in Houston. Keynoting the event: Steve Forbes, of the well-known eponymous magazine.
