Your asking price must be lower than any active offering on the multiple listing service.  Also, if our compliance committee notices a listing has been activated on the multiple listing service after your listing is posted on propertyfiresale.com at a lower price, we will terminate your posting.  (This pertains to similar/same properties)
   
   
6. Properties that are the lowest priced in the respective area and are deemed acceptable by propertyfiresale.com may be included regardless of the sellers original purchase price.
